The City Reach Toolkit

A private library of operational resources, forms and shared standards for City Reach volunteers and partners — used across every initiative we run on the Gold Coast.

Already approved? The "sign in" button takes you to the secure library and asks for your password.

What you get when you're in

A working library, not a brochure

Inside the toolkit you'll find what you need to serve well alongside City Reach — operational documents, briefing materials, intake processes, forms, and the shared standards that hold our work to one consistent, safe level of care.

It's the same library our internal team works from. We share it so that everyone serving under the City Reach banner — across food relief, the Winter Initiative, Care for Kids and whatever the year brings — works to the same standard, because consistency makes the response stronger for the people we serve.

We don't list everything that's inside on this page on purpose. The contents are kept private to protect the people they describe, and to make sure the materials reach the right hands.

Who access is for

One shared library, for everyone serving alongside us

Access is granted by approval, and held to the people working alongside City Reach in four ways.

City Reach volunteers

Inducted volunteers serving across any City Reach initiative — food relief, Care for Kids, the Winter Initiative, and the work the year brings. The toolkit holds the policies, standards and forms that govern every shift, wherever you serve.

Pop-up relief partners

Individuals and organisations on the call-out list for emergency relief moments and other City Reach initiatives across the city — with the operational materials at their fingertips when the call comes.

Winter Initiative facilitator sites

Partner churches hosting as rotating sites in the Winter Initiative. General City Reach resources are here; the Winter Initiative operational toolkit — run sheets, site agreements and shelter-night procedures — is held separately in the dedicated Winter Initiative area.

Community & corporate partners

Businesses, agencies, community groups and churches partnering with City Reach more broadly — who need shared standards, briefing materials and the operational context to work alongside us well.

How access works

Simple and human

  1. 1You request access using the form. Tell us which group you're in, what you're stepping into, and how to reach you.
  2. 2We review and reply. Usually within a few business days. If we need to clarify, we'll send a short note — not a process.
  3. 3You receive a password by email and use it to sign into the toolkit. The password rotates every 90 days, and you'll be re-sent the new one as long as you're still partnering with us.
