City Reach Foundation Ltd is a registered Australian charity based on the Gold Coast. We exist to relieve poverty, distress and disadvantage in our community — connecting the heart of the city to the needs of the city, through frontline practical care and coordinated work alongside the wider network of agencies and partners.
We relieve poverty, distress and disadvantage by doing two things in parallel — running our own frontline initiatives where there's a genuine gap (Winter Initiative first, Care4Kids next), and working alongside the charities already doing good work in our city.
City Reach serves people regardless of background or belief. We're inspired by values of compassion, dignity, and hospitality — expressed in plain, practical care.
We do what we can alone. We can do more together.

A public company limited by guarantee and a registered Australian charity. Established for charitable purposes only, with the Gold Coast as our home.
Board-led and policy-led. Independent from any single church or partner. Every frontline initiative operates under approved policies, with clear delegations and risk oversight.
Registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Annual reporting to ACNC and ASIC. Gift receipting available for all contributions.
City Reach Foundation works alongside existing Gold Coast services, councils and community partners — coordinated with the wider response rather than replacing it.
City Reach is in its founding season. The first live operational chapter (Winter Initiative) launches 1 June 2026. Other initiatives in our portfolio activate as they're ready. We're upfront about what's in development versus what's live, and we hold the vision visible without pretending we're further along than we are.
The body that goes operational in June is the body people are helping to build right now.
